CAA NOT INVESTING IN PESAWAR AIRPORT WHERE HIGH VOLUME OF OF PASSENGERS EXISTS

It is so Strange that in World successful Businesses make Arrangement that where there are customers they put their services and PIA and Civil Aviations is those Departments and Organization of Pakistan Government who will put their services where there is no Businesses  , result is Obvious that they are loosing the Money and are not Making Money .

lets Analyze where are we getting the Passengers , and where is the Load and who are travel ors who make an Airline Profitable . Some of the Facts of profits as are as follows

1.  International travelers are more profitable as compared to domestic Routes .

2.  Not Allowing Foreign Airlines Places in Domestic Market and controlling the Air space so that Local Airlines get the Most Profit and Especially the PIA should be Given Priority in Air Space Allocation and Allocation of Routes .

3. Control of Air Cargo Domestic and International Air Cargo Business and Maintaining Monopoly on these Sectors as Air cargo is very Profitable

4. Selection of  Airports where there is Load Like Peshawar where there is a lot of load of People going to Middle East as Labor and from Karachi where there is a lot of International Passengers .

5. Selecting Aircrafts that are Fuel Efficient on Domestic Routes and International as fuel Bill is 50% of Total Airline budget.

6. Decreasing Top Heavy Management and Decreasing GM and Directors of PIA and CAA as Emirates with 500 Aircrafts has only 3 Directors while PIA with 50 Aircraft has 15 to 20 Directors , almost three times the Average and Each Director Take home Salary is equal to about 500 Employees of PIA .

7. Retirement Age of PIA employee should be Decreased to 60 and those on Extension should be sent home Immediately home and those Contractual Employees and daily Wages should be laid off and Smart management Practices employees and paper based jobs should be stopped and only Computer Based Email systems be used . Even the Employee pay Role is not more then 15% of PIA expenses so Extra employees are not burden it is actually the Directors and Manager who are Burden who are Sons of Politicians and Army generals who are making money for doing Nothing in PIA .

8 . No Penalty on refund of Tickets by PIA even when they are canceled just a Few minutes before the Actual Booked Flight while the Middle Eastern Airlines and Local Private Airlines like Air Blue and Shahheen Airline  Deduct , 50%-75%  of Money for no Show and cancellation of Seat within 24 Hours of the Flight , PIA is the Unique Airline you don't loose your money if you cancel your Flight within 24 Hours of the Flight and this facility is extended to the Travel Agents who are Blocking the Seats even when the Whole Aircraft is going empty .


DENYING  MONEY TO MARKETS WHERE THERE IS PASSENGER LOAD : 

Analyzing the Above Mentioned Points , it will be Evident the PIA is operating No flight for the Labor community who are found in FATA and Pakhtunkhwa and forcing them to come to Islamabad spending 5000 to 10,000  Rupees extra just to catch a PIA flight to Middle East .

While the Same Flight is Available in Peshawar due to Open Skies Policy of  Middle Eastern Airlines Emirates and Qatar Airways on cheaper Price , and Direct from  Peshawar to Middle East . So why would a man from FATA and Pakhtunkhwa working as Labourer , who is Stupid Enough to go on PIA which is offering expensive ticket and with No connection from Peshawar to Islamabad as there are no Daily flights from Peshawar to Islamabad

That Poor Man  is expected by the Stupid Directors and Managers is Expected to go on Local transport via Road to Islamabad and hang around uncomfortably on the Airport for say 5 to 10 Hours and the Board a PIA flight from Islamabad a City of only 1 Million People and where only 3 Lakhs are elites and rest of 70% are Poor and cant Travel and from Punjabi  not many Laborer work in Middle East . This is evident from Less Middle Eastern Airline Flights from Islamabad then from Peshawar which has more then  15 Daily Flights from Peshawar and only one or two from Islamabad .

This Kind of Stupidity only PIA and CAA can do and deny the PIA flight to Actual potential customer in Peshawar as Middle East Labour can be done by Stupid Most Directors of PIA and those who are Real Enemies of Pakistan and PIA and are Punjabi Chauvinists and Idiots to core. they are Damaging Pakistan and PIA as a result for their Racism and Stupidity .


PUNJABI RACISTS RUNNING CIVIL AVIATION AND PIA 

Most of Directors and Manager of PIA as Punjabi's because of some Idiotic Quota System that does not recognize Merit and Intellectual Ability and people who should be put in disabled Institution are put in PIA as Managers and Directors as they are sons of Punjabi Generals and Punjabi Bureaucrats and others have come on Punjab benefiting Quota System .

Currently a Corrupt Business Man who is seller of Bags and Leather Wallets and runs a company and Known as """Jafer jee Leather goods """ is made Chairman of PIA and has no Knowledge of PIA and his only Qualification is Ass Kissing the Punjabi Generals and Politicians and Has been Involved in corruption Scandals before as he made Money in Nadra Data base subsidiary company and he made False data of CNIC of Government of Pakistan ID  cards and sold the Information to Enemies of the State , but still no Investigation has been carried out under Dictator Generals Musharaff .

Currently he is Ass kissing the Punjabi PM from land of Sikhs Amritsar ""Jati umra """now residing in Raiwind Lahore and PM of Pakistan who is Appointed the Seller of Leather Goods as Chairman PIA and he think he should make some Leather / Skin of Employee of PIA .  His solution to Everything is not common sense but Making Leather of Skins of Employees who work day and Night as Servants of the state of Pakistan and earn hard Earned Money for thier children and families .

His isolation to common sense is Idiocy and Stupidity and he has not made sure that PIA is made a Money saving or smart and Efficient Airline , rather they want to Bankrupt the Airline so that his Punjab Racist PM can buy it from Pakistan on 1/10 of its Actual value .

Day and Night chairman PIA and Advisor CAA Shujat Azeem an  Air force Drop out make schemes to do that.

They are Placing Aircraft at Places where there is no Load , Foe example Sialkot is right next to Lahore and they are Putting Aircrafts there as Sialkot is Home to Qadianis who are found in Management of PIA in Abundance and they want to help thier Brothers there and also are getting Bribes from Operators of Sialkot Airport which is a Private airport for Diverting the Aircrafts there .

Faisalabad and Multan and DG khan are smaller cities as compared to Peshawar as Peshawar has whole FATA attached where 15% of Pakistan Lives and far large Load of Passenger lies as compared to Multan , Faisalabad and Sialkot exists but Who will tell that to Stupid Punjabi Directors .

Previously the Condemned and Old Boeing 747 were Parked there instead of Karachi where its Hangers exists to make Money by these Same Director of PIA , and money was made in Partnership with Qadiani Operators of Sialkot private Airport as No common sense and Reason existed in making an Airport right next to Lahore Airport with an Ear Shot.

RUNNING NON FUEL EFFICIENT PLANES  

While Pia is running Gas Guzzling and Non Fuel Efficient Planes on Short Domestic Routes ,while it should run Planes that are more are smaller in size and not big Ones like Airbus A310 and Boeing 777 which are wide bodied Aircraft and have Heavy bodies and spend double the amount of Fuel as compare to A320 Airbus which are light weight and have Technologies that Allow Less Fuel consumption .

The Airbus A320 and also ATR 700 and 400 which are Aircraft that are very Fuel efficient and spend half the Fuel of A310 and Boeing 777 are not Used on Domestic and very Short haul Route like from Lahore to Islamabad or even from Karachi to Islamabad .

Using the wrong type of Aircraft causes the Extra Wear and Tear of Wide Bodied Aircrafts and Make them Old Qicker and thier Airframe Damaged .

NO PENALTY FOR CANCELLATION OF SEATS GIVING LOSS TO PIA : 

The Mangers of PIA are stupid and idiots that are Implementing Rules for the travel Agents that are making PIA in loss while cancellation of Ticket within 24 Hours of Departure of PIA is not Penalized and the Person and Travel Agents who use this Flawed rule to Block the Seats and Hence no Seat Available Option is shown to People who really Want to travel .

if by any chance after Bribing the Travel Agents one is able to buy the PIA ticket one finds half the Aircraft empty and this is great Mystery to Many genuine Travelers  of PIA .

The reason is simple in the Sabre system of PIA the Punjabi Idiots as Director and Manager has made Rules that , if you cancle the Ticket even an hour before the Departure time you get full refund .

The travel Agents Blocks the seats even upto the Last One Hour of the departure and release them if they cant find the Passengers . But the PIA suffers as Seats goes empty making Huge Losses to PIA .

They Stupid Punjabi PIA Directors if they change this policy and Allow the Blocking of Seat for only 3 Hours only and Automatically canceling the Block and if Passenger buys the seat in full even then his Name should be retained on Passenger List , other wise penalties should be Imposed on cancellation of Seats  like 50% or 75% on cancellation with 48 Hour and 24 Hours of Departure of flight .


NO CONNECTING FLIGHTS FROM PESHAWAR TO ISLAMABAD OR KARACHI FORM INTERNATIONAL TRAVELER : 

Those who are running affairs of PIA don't under Stand the Passenger are the Boss and have to be given due comfort of Good connecting flight from Peshawar to International Route or Give a connecting fligth from Peshawar to Islamabad or Karachi to catch the flight to Middle East or other International Destination .

It is Shocking that , there are no connecting Flights from Peshawar to Islamabad or Karachi although Peshawar is the Only International Airport of the whole Province of Pakhtunkhwa  and similar case Exists in Quetta the only Airport in Baluchistan Province.  


As a result confirmed Passenger who would Love to Travel via PIA are left at mercy of Middle Easter Airlines who take them Directly from Peshawar or Quetta to Middle East .

It is Akin to handing your Money free to Middle Eastern Airlines like Emirates , Gulf Airline , Qatar Airways and Also Air Arabia and Eitahad Airlines which were Nothing in comparison to PIA .

Stupid Punjabi Bureaucrats and PIA Managers and Directors are Selling their Mother land to Middle Eastern for Free .

FATA TRIBALS HAVE NO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: 

While the bulk of PIA Profit is from tribal Labour bound to to Middle East  and Also from Haj Operation from FATA and Pakhtunkhwa and Baluchistan there is not a single Airport in FATA from where fligths can be Operated by PIA . For next 50 Years PIA and Punjabi Racists manager have Planned that such Facility should never be Provided to them , which is an Undeniable fact .

they will have to Depend on Islamabad and Peshawar for next 50 Years , and False Statistics are generated at Islamabad Airport which has very less Load but all the load of Peshawar and FATA are shown as Load at Islamabad and I trillion Rupees were spent to make the New Islamabad Airport while it is not Functional as there is not Enough Water in Islamabad to run it as it lies on a Platue a raised Mountainous Area with Flat Area on top on which Islamabad and Rawalpindi  Exists and water has to be brought from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Islamabad and Rawalpindi from Dams in Khanpur and Turbella Ghazi Barotha Projects.

ISLAMABAD / KARACHI: Even as the Pakistan Navy and other private airlines came to the rescue of the national flag carrier, at least 21 PIA pilots and co-pilots reported ‘sick’ on Tuesday, a move that is bound to take a toll on the airline’s already-taxed flight operations.

Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, PIA Chairman Naseer N.S. Jaffer said that though details of the ongoing negotiations between the Pakistan Airline Pilots Association and the Aviation Division could not be discussed publicly, the “unacceptable demands” of pilots would not be accepted.

He said that if the pilots stuck to their guns, the issue would continue to linger, adding that there had to be some give-and-take. “Senior airline officials cannot be replaced on the pilots’ demand,” he added.

Referring to the negotiations as ‘Plan A’, Mr Jaffer said that the airline also had a ‘Plan B’, whereby it had sought assistance from the Navy, which had provided two ATR planes and pilots. Other private airlines had also chipped in, agreeing to provide pilots for the Airbus A-320.

He said Palpa representatives had ignored the Aviation Division’s first call for a meeting, and that when they did show up on Sunday, the government preferred to meet them first. Even though he has not yet met Palpa President Amir Hashmi to discuss the issue, the PIA chief said that the airline was prepared to hammer out an agreement with the pilots “as we have been directed by the prime minister to solve this issue”.

On Tuesday, the Civil Aviation Authority constituted a medical board to examine the 21 pilots and co-pilots who reported ‘sick’.

According to a press release issued by PIA, the CAA medical board will examine the pilots’ medical and psychological condition to ascertain their professional viability.

Most travellers are now avoiding PIA flights. On Tuesday, at least two PIA flights from Benazir Bhutto International Airport were cancelled on the sixth day of the pilots’ strike.

However, flight inquiry remained flooded with phone calls, asking whether PIA flights were operating or not.

PIA spokesman Aamir Memon told Dawn that one domestic flight from Islamabad was cancelled because of “poor passenger load”, while a Karachi-Gwadar-Muscat flight was cancelled due to “crew constraints”.

Farooq Ahmed, a passenger on a Karachi-bound PIA flight, told Dawn that he expected the plane would leave on time. But on the other side of the lounge, Mohammad Fazal, clutching a private airline ticket, said: “We already know that PIA pilots have refused to fly. That is why I’m flying on a private airline, even though the ticket costs more,” he said.

Meanwhile, Palpa has decided to complain to the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) over the role of CAA in support of the Aviation Division and PIA.

Palpa general secretary Sohail Ahmed said: “We have decided to contact ICAO against the CAA for facilitating unjust actions to victimise pilots who reported sick in legal framework of ICAO’s Air Navigation Order (ANO), Personnel Policies Manual (PPM), Operations Manual (OM) and PIA-Palpa working agreement.”

He said the certificate issuing authority should first consult the aviation rules and regulations as if the same were reported to the ICAO the CAA would become a laughing stock and the international organisation might decide to downgrade the CAA in its upcoming review.

Mr Ahmed said that aviation authorities globally promoted a culture where the pilots were the best judges of themselves to determine if they could fly a plane full of passengers or would become a safety risk themselves. Nowhere in the world the pilots were a subject of media trial over their basic duty as calling in sick was not a privilege but a duty in the world of aviation, he added.

He said the Air Navigation Order’s Clause No 7.2 clearly states: “Crewmembers shall not act as operating crew if they know, or suspect, that their physical or mental condition renders them unfit to operate. Furthermore, they must not fly if they know that they are, or likely to be, in breach of this ANO. Crewmembers also have the responsibility to make optimum use of the opportunities and facilities for rest provided and for planning and using their rest periods properly in order to minimise incurring fatigue.”

The PIA staff Applying for Chinese Visa and having a Valid PIA Ticket which is issued just once a Year A Single ticket for foreign Visit to staff and their families,  as reward for their hard Work and as a Policy ,

As PIA Operates a Flight from Islamabad to Beijing , most of crew and thier Families apply for China Visa and as they have Love of China and their Brotherly people of china.

With China We have emotional and Brotherly Love for Chinese People and its Country , China is a country with which we Enjoy special relationship.

PIA staff  were Extremely Shocked to learn that Chinese Embassy is Denying the Visa,s to PIA Staff as Reason of Personal vendetta and in Retaliation of PIA Staff not Allowing Un- Lawful Wishes of Chinese Embassy Staff

Chinese Embassy in Islamabad has Blocked all the Visa to Staff of PIA since December 2014 and the Reason Given to Anybody Asking is that , there is an issue of Non Cooperation.

While having an Official Government letter from PIAC and having all the Legal Stamps and Credentials and was issued a from Islamabad Office as everybody officially ??

No Explanation is Actually Provided!!! , Even the Official Internet Website of Chinese Embassy in Pakistan http://pk.chineseembassy.org/eng/ have no Such Information of Annulment of such an Agreement with PIA the Official Pakistan Government owned Airline , that makes one Wonder and a bit Suspicious ????

The Actual Reason of Chinese Embassy Blocking Visa of PIA Staff


Embassy Officials also could not supply a copy of any letter Providing any Evidence at All of any such Annulment of Agreement between china Government and its Embassy versus PIA ( Pakistan International Airline ). Such letter also is not found in PIA Head office in Islamabad and Karachi and other concerned Departments as well.

Neither have they Received any letter so Far ,Deepening the Mystery more and More

On Further Investigation It was  found out that , Actually In December 2014 , Chinese Embassy Official by Name of Mr. Guam , was Unhappy with that PIA as he could not send his Friends Goods for free on PIA Flight to Beijing .

As previously PIA staff on their own would Oblige Chinese Embassy official because of Emotional and Brotherly Relationships with Chinese even when the Rules state other wise, it was Love of China and Chinese that they would allow mostly as gratis Courtesy of Crew Members of PIA and not Official policy of PIA as you Understood.

Since on that,December 2014 Day the Goods Mr. Guam staff of Chinese Embassy wanted to take Via PIA Flight to Beijing for his Chinese friend Some Things which did not Belong to Chinese Embassy Staff but their Personal Friends .

The Good in Question were too much Heavy in Load and Conspicuously too Big.

Such Good were not Possible to get Past the customs and also Pakistan Defense Forces Vigilance/ Intelligence Teams ,it may be Noted PIA has no Relationship with Customs and the Pak Defense Vigilance Teams who spot check such Items .

According to rules it could not be done and it was not official goods of Embassy or its Staff PIA cant do that Legally. Mr. Guam of Embassy Wanted something that was not Possible Legally.

Mr. Guam was not happy with this and took his Personal Vendetta on all Staff of PIA and their Families who are being Denied Visas since last 6 Months as they say, “”” No Cooperation with PIA staff “””””” , this is happening since Dec 2014 . 





Personal Kingdom of Chinese Embassy in Islamabad and Illegal Activities: 


One may Wonder and may Ask Himself is this Policy of Government of China or Some Chinese Embassy officer who was Offended as PIA started to implement its rules and Regulations as Per Law of Land .

It May be Observed from this Chinese Government Officers are running Chinese Embassy as their Personal Kingdom and it is not following Government of China Polices to make on such official matters. 

Hence Embassy staff is doing Illegal Activities on Behalf of china Government, while the Chinese Government is not in Picture.

They are Pursuing Policies that are not stated on Web Site of Embassy or Any Policy document as issued from Foreign Ministry of China . 


Important Point to Consider 


1How can Embassy Staff behave in this way to take Personal revenge and vendetta for PIAC following its Rules and Regulations ?? 

2. For Last 6 months or Half a Year not a single Visa has been Issued to PIA staff . 

3. How can All the Staff of PIA be Punished when the Actual Problem with Pakistan Army and Vigilance teams on Airports that have Maintained Strict Maintenance of Law and Order and does not allow any violations of Rules .

4. Are Pakistani Slaves of China that we would be Treated like this by Government Officials of China and punished for No crime of theirs ? 

5. The Private “””Al-Barakat security Guards”””” at Chinese Embassy are not militarily trained and does not belong to Reputable Security Firm, Most of Security guards cant Even Fire a Gun, as I observed please change that as it is Dangerous for Chinese Embassy and its Safety is compromised , and a Wrong choice has been made. 

6.  No Water cooler is supplied at Outside of Embassy where at 45-49  Degree Centigrade Hot Sun people are required to Stand for 30-60 minutes. 

7. The private Un Trained, Illiterate ( 10th Grade ) Rude Security guards conduct Pre- Interviews of Visa Applicants ,then take your Document inside While they make you Stand in hot 45 Degree Centigrade Sun for 30 to 60 Minutes ,which is not a correct way as it will lead to Bribery, Such Hot temperatures that can Kill some body with Heat Stroke. 


PIA Higher Management is sleeping as usual 

Even after 6 Months Passed the PIA higher Management is Sleeping , 1. It has criminally sat on this issued and not a Single Letter has  been issued to Chinese Embassy so far , it has failed to up held the Law and also Work for the Interests of Staff of PIA

1. it has not contacted the Chinese Embassy to Resolve the issue

2. it has failed to Look after the Crew and their families Interest and in this Summer nobody will be able to utilize the Visa for China as number of Places to visit is becoming less and Less .

Conclusion 

1. All Pakistan and Especially PIA staff from now on should consider themselves as Slaves of China Embassy Staff as it is their Personal wish to grant Visa or not even if it conflicts with Policies of government of China .

Only God can now Act and Save the PIA staff from this Humiliation and Insult that is Entrusted upon them by the Chinese Embassy and its foreign office and the PIA Administration as Both are corrupt and cruel in Handling of PIA Staff and its families .

HACKED AIRPLANES

A computer security expert, who was recently detained and questioned by the FBI over his hack-a-plane joke on Twitter, had earlier revealed to the agency that he accessed aircraft control systems on up to 20 occasions, according to a search warrant.

The founder of One World Labs, Chris Roberts, was detained for questioning and had his hardware confiscated in April by federal agents after exiting a United flight from Chicago to Syracuse, New York following his tweet suggesting he might attempt to hack into a flight’s entertainment system.

The FBI addressed the tweet urgently and with great seriousness because previous encounters with Roberts revealed that he was capable of such activity. In a search warrant application, obtained by APTN National News, Roberts previously claimed to have told agents that during his research he used his skills and equipment to gain access to an in-flight aircraft entertainment console, or the IFE, on as many as 20 occasions.

“During these conversations, Mr. Roberts stated ... that he had exploited vulnerabilities with IFE systems on aircraft while in flight. He compromised the IFE systems approximately 15 to 20 times during the time period 2011 through 2014. He last exploited an IFE system during the middle of 2014,” FBI Special Agent Mark Hurley wrote in his application.

During at least one of these “test” flights, Roberts “stated that he then overwrote code on the airplane's Thrust Management Computer while aboard a flight,” the document claims. “He stated that he successfully commanded the system he had accessed to issue the CLB or climb command. He stated that he thereby caused one of the airplane engines to climb resulting in a lateral or sideways movement of the plane.”

The court document does not mention during which particular flights the interference with the aircraft controls took place.




Aircraft can Be Hacked and Flown 

FBI warns airlines to lookout for in-flight hackers



According to the affidavit, Hurley met with Roberts in February and March to discuss IFE security vulnerabilities with regards to the Boeing 737 and 757, and Airbus A320 aircraft. It was during these interview sessions that Roberts revealed that his hacking into IFE that was produced by Panasonic and Thales.

When Roberts revealed his hacking abilities, Hurley writes that he had warned the programmer that accessing plane’s in-flight systems without authorization is a federal crime. Roberts, at the time said he understands and promised not to engage in such activity.

But after his April 15 tweet, the FBI apparently alleged the security expert could attempt to repeat success, and did go on to detain and question the man. The agents and technicians who inspected the aircraft which he flew to Chicago, before connecting to New York, allegedly found tampering on two electronic boxes next to Roberts’s seat. According to affidavit, one of the electronic boxes had been damaged.

“Technical specialists with the FBI believed that he may have just [hacked the plane’s system] again, or attempted to do so using the equipment then in his possession,” it said.

When the agents confiscated Roberts’ equipment in Syracuse – including a MacBook, an iPad, three hard drives and numerous removable USB flash drives – he denied hacking into any systems during the flight from Denver to Chicago.

“We believed that Roberts had the ability and the willingness to use the equipment ... to access or attempt to access the IFE and possibly the flight control systems ... and that it would endanger public safety to allow him to leave the Syracuse airport that evening with the equipment,” Hurley's report states.

Roberts meanwhile told the Wired that the FBI has taken his remarks about hacking out of context of their comprehensive discussions with the agency.

“There is context that is obviously missing which obviously I can't say anything about,” he told the publication. “It would appear from what I've seen that the federal guys took one paragraph out of a lot of discussions and a lot of meetings and notes and just chose that one as opposed to plenty of others.”

Open skies policy damaging PIA only as it is Targeted by PM family Interests

LAHORE: The National Aviation Policy 2015’s continuation of the open skies policy adopted in 1992 is likely to hit the National Carrier (PIA) hard as its total international destinations have been reduced to 30 from 60 since the adoption of this policy.

The national aviation policy disclosed that the international passenger traffic from Pakistan has registered a 20% increase in the past four years (5% average growth per annum) but it ignored that the share of growth of the local airlines has been steeply negative.

‘This is happening due to the open sky policy that was first introduced in Pakistan in 1992. At that time, PIA had 42 aircrafts and over 60 international routes. Since the introduction of the open sky policy, foreign airlines gained access to Pakistan and started expanding their operations following the lead of PIA,’ said former deputy managing director (DMD) PIA, Khursheed Anwar.

PIA operates with only 18 operational aircrafts and flies to a mere less than 30 international destinations. ‘Routes and networks are considered to be the main strategic asset of any commercial airline. Countries through their policies and practices strive to protect and safeguard the commercial interests of their airlines,’ added the expert.

The criticism of open sky policies is not just a local affair; it in fact is one the most heated issues across the world where the airlines of even the most developed countries are objecting to it. US Pilots Association has initiated a campaign to restrict some foreign airlines in the US as they feel these airlines have introduced unfair competition and posed threats to jobs and long-term viability of US airline industry.

The National Aviation Policy defends the approach of open skies, though the same is now being challenged by its pioneers (the US and European carriers). In the policy, the reason for growth in traffic in the leading emerging economies of the world including China, Korea, India and Malaysia is wrongly attributed to the policy of open skies and liberalization, the expert added.

The non-native airlines are offering relatively cheap fares; they are carrying Pakistani passengers from their (foreign airlines’) airports to various destinations, especially to Europe and USA. ‘Pakistani airlines are therefore progressively losing their market share,’ said an Aviation expert.

According to an estimate, over $500 million business can be diverted to Pakistani airlines only if the service agreements of the foreign airlines are reviewed and rationalized, said the expert.

Furthermore, he added, a brotherly Muslim country’s airline has started carrying more and more passengers from Pakistan to USA, UK and other countries. ‘Even most developed countries, including USA, Japan and the UK who claim to be champions of liberalization and deregulation ensure protection to the commercial interests of their airlines. ‘For example, PIA since long has been trying to get traffic rights from London to East Coast of USA or from Tokyo to West Coast of USA, and the aviation authorities for both routes have continually declined several requests made by PIA,’ reasoned the expert.

While Pakistani airlines are not getting any help, some foreign airlines are getting massive subsides of billions of dollars from their respective governments, he said, adding that as per the fundamental principle of reciprocity and bilateralism, the frequency and capacity of flights between any two countries is always based upon the potential flow of genuine traffic between the respective countries.

PIA General Manager Public Relations Amir Memon said that in the era of open market economy, a conservative aviation policy would only alienate the country and damage revenues. He said that PIA’s market edge is its direct flights which are not being challenged by these non-native airlines carrying local passengers. He also mentioned that PIA is procuring more aircrafts as two A320’s would be added to the fleet in the next couple of months while four more aircrafts would be added to the fleet by the end of the year. This would further allow the national carrier to benefit from the policy instead of being a victim of it.

PIA seems to Amaze People with its Mismanagement under the Current government of PM Nawaz Sharif a man with His Rags to Riches story being part of Punjabi Establishment, he an Immigrant from Amritsar India and settling in Lahore with nothing in Assets and now a Multi Billionaire after His 3 Stints as PM Pakistan.

Most of female Cabin Crew was seen recently traveling in Daewoo Buss from Rawalpindi to Peshawar and this is has been Happening for last one Year the whole 2014.

Once Mr. Mohsin Shah asked Mr Beenish one of Cabin Crew from Peshawar  to travel at  1 Am at night in Public while being completely Alone and in Uniform .

The Nawaz Sharif Chosen Management had selected a Person Mr. Mohsin Shah as his Manager Peshawar Base just because he is a Deobandi Tableghi with connections with Raiwind and other wise he is an Incompetent person to run the Base as he is senior Pursor in Designation and not a Proper Manager.

Off course PIA did not take action Against Mr. Mohsin Shah, Base In charge or did an inquiry into it, although the Authority of Jump seat is only with Captain of the flight.  

This Guy is the one who is responsible for the Movement of Cabin Crew and he with his foot long Beard and Tableghi connection is a Stupid Man.

He is either Hand in Glove with Higher Management in this Insult of Ladies by Asking the Unformed Cabin crew to Travel by Public Transport or he is doing it himself because of his Stupidity.

This Travel by Road is Insulting and Dangerous and violation of IATA rules and Regulations and shocking when done with Lady cabin Crew of National Carrier that is Pride of Pakistan and is symbol of Pakistan ,

If Pakistani are Muslim or they have shame in themselves they should not do this to the cabin crew who serve the National Airline.

They are the female and they should be treated with respect and even women teacher in schools and other places are treated with respect and provided with Transport as in Pakistan the condition of Public Transport are in Shambles and forcing at Night time the cabin crew to travel with their Heavy Luggage is both Degrading and Insulting and it is very strange that the Higher Management of PIA think they can get away with it and we People of Pakistan not Noticing  it , that was same reason the one of Director food and Beverages , of PIA was insulted by the cabin crew of Peshawar and they took revenge from him.

how much they are expected from the Cabin Crew who are face of Airline , and while they are treated like Shit by the Management of This Man from India Amritsar and his hand Picked Pakistan Air force officer who is Turning out to be Disgrace and derogatory,

Maybe next time the Cabin Crew should take revenge from Mr. Shujat Azeem family or the daughter of Mr. Nawaz Sharif by treating them with same coin and Insulting them in the same way as they are insulting the cabin Crew of PIA and our national Pride with Shit Policies that is Laughing stock of the world .

Recently when one Director of PIA, as they are more then 15, even there is even director of Toilets in PIA laughingly and they are the ones who takes such High Salary and their Management is worse then shit.

When this Director of PIA was traveling the PIA female cabin crew from Peshawar Insulted him and ask him to change his seat deliberatively in order to teach him a Lesson.

This is warning to Higher Management of PIA, and the Ruling Politicians More such is going to come and better watch out, it is High time our hands should be on their necks soon, as these People will never learn.

Crazy Policies of PMLN Governement on Staff Tickets of PIA

Recently the PMLN Governemt led by Incompetant and Stupid Governmwnt of PMLN a Punjab Based Party run by Mafia of Sharif Family who also Happens to Own the Airblue Airlines by their Front Man the Minister Khaqan Abbasi, Implemented a Tax of 2500 Rupees on Air Travel .

I had personally Visited his house before he was in Minister of Aviation and PIA , all he had in Hazara in his house, was broken beds and old furniture and now he is considered as Tycon .

This has upset the employees of Airlines like PIA who are the lowest paid in industry , compare this with shaheen Air who pay , Rupees 130,000 to its cabin crew , PIA pays , 18,000 to its cabin crew . For the same  duty .

lower Staff of PIA gets Less then , 10,000 rupees as salary and daily wagers gets 6,000 Rupees at some Placea even lower then the Pakistan standard of Lowest wages .

These Low Wages , are the reason PIA is full of corruption and employees find it hard to run their  Kitchen .

On top of this , PIA us.being Run by Handpicked Directors who come and Go on whims and wishes of Politicians who win an election and are paid about , 5,000 Rupees salary each month and with Brand new car every 3 years .

All they do is miss mannage and make PIA Bankcrupt so the , same politicians who support them can buy they Airline .

Employees salary make up only 15% of Total Budget and expenditure of Airline even when they are only 15,000 in Number and are highly trained and Professional they are treated like Dirt in PIA .

Most of MD and Directors of PIA are nothing more then PUMPs and sexual Predators , who's only favorite Pass time is Harrasing Females and asking them to sleep with them .

PIA has 15 Directors and only 20 Airplanes , while Emirates has 300 Airplanes and only 3 Directors , it is about time , the numbers of Directors and GM should be reduced to cut down the expenditure of PIA to 10% of Employees .

Reaction to Rise in Air Travel Tax:

The Recent Rise of Tax by Government on Airtravel on employees has made PIA employees who,s average salary 20,000 very upset as 2,500 on each sector means that they will have gp pay say for 2 children and 2 parents a small family of average Pakistani , about 10,000 Rupess extra or about 20,000 in total for a travel which is either once or thrice a year . 

This is more then the salary of the individual and considering these Sublow Tickets are issued Boarding Pass when the , airplane has empty seats , it is Stupid and really Un- Thinkable that how they neglected employees of PIA , who are almost working for free for National airline as now even Police constables get 30,000 salary even when he is a Metriculate .

Aviation Employees are difficult to get as their skills are not available easily and since the Aviation industry is expanding in Asia in rapid Pace and thier demand is High.

Treating them like this is both Degrading and In Human .

Call for a Strike :

PIA has many Union apart from the one that is being Run by PMLN , Airleague  ,

The other unions  Airleague they are contempleting for a strike soon in Protest of this action of Tax that is beyond their means to pay by low salary Employees .

The power Grip on employees of PIA has faded already and this has been the Last Nail in the coffin .

Recently Airleague stoped , the Promotion of Cabin crew into Group 5 who were issued Promotion Letters .

Then elections were held so that , these Cabin crew could be counted as Labour class as upto Group 4 are Labour class mostly in politically dominated Airleague PMLN and Peoples Unity of PPP and Now MQM and PTI run Unions .

The Higher Mangment of PIA  met the , Union Leaders few days backs and they were informed of general Resentment of PIA employees.

However the AirLeague PMLN  run by Retired PIA employee , Mr Shamim , in violation.of Laws of PIA has taken a lot of Bribes according to sources insiders of unions and employees.

Loosening Grip of Airleague PMLN union :

The Airleague of Nawaz Sharif run Government has already Lost Grip over the employees and PIA enployees are Thinking of some form of Protest .

The Recent Wining of case in High court of previous union of PPP has demonstrated that , those cabin Crew who were promoted to Group 5 had voted for this union of Airleague , and they were stoped for Promotion just because Airleague did not have majority in PIA employees it banked upon the Cabin Crew who were aleady Promoted in Officer Grade voted for PMLN Airleague .

This makes the union Illegal and liable for Dismissal soon according to court order , even the subsequent action like this one will be liable against it soon as court orders are issued later .

In Pakistan people don't understand the law properly , and thinking a stay order is legal protection actually it is not .

This case is very interesting and will lead to drastic measures soon .

There is a chance that a VIP might get a Insult or stopage of his Flight and making of a scene soon on PIA flight and it can happen soon and can also lead to complete wheel jam strike of PIA .
