PML AND NAWAZ SHAREFF SMUGLERS OF HERION VIA PIA

Gulzar Tanvir Air Steward Senior Vice President of Air league   , which is CBA Union registered under NIRC , which is the Union elected by Referendum that was done in 2013 , run by Current Government of PMLn , was recently caught with 4 Kg of Heroin  under his clothes in Paris according to Dawn news recently . is very shocking that such criminals are found in Political Parties that are running PIA .

This union was declared Illegal according to wide Islamabad high court Judgment of 2912 of 2015 , later endorsed in Supreme court case Decision ,wide petition 185 of 2016 . as it used Fraudulent Elections not conduced in Proper manner and Hence PIA Management , and NIRC were instructed to conduct election by the Honorable supreme court .

Even today this Illegal Air league is running  the affairs of PIA and since one of it representative sits on the Board of Directors and signs on each and every Decision that PIA board of Directors takes . just because these Criminals are so powerful that  Gross Violation and contempt of Court is being done by PIA and NIRC to keep Illegal Air league in Position.

That is why such Criminals  who are so Power full in PIA that nothing will happen to this man of PMLn , as SVP  Air league of PMln   Involved in Smuggling of Heroin and being caught in Uniform doing that is both Disgrace to Pakistan and PIA will be left scot free and no Punishment will be done to him . He will be let free as he works for Shareef family .

PIA which is Headed by  CEO Blue eyed boy of PMLn from Education Sector Mr Cyan , who is Appointed without any merit or his credentials as some one who can run an Airline ,  is doing some Strange Antics , and not Addressing  some real issue that is making the airline a loss making .

I think he got this idea from a you tube video where in Bahamas , the Airhostesses are doing service in Bikinis and  making the Female crew dance . if that is solution for Changing the loss then Allah hi Hafiz of Pakistan and its Airlines.  he is making the women Crew dance and that on international women’s day  destroying the Dignity of Uniform and omen of Islamic Republic of Pakistan , bringing Cheap Punjabi Mujras ?

I may Ask why women and why not men ?  If that is solution why not the top Heavy 12 Director and 40 GM,s that is running PIA should Do Punjabi Bhangras or Khattak Dance inside of Aircraft to make the People happy and PIA Profitable ?

Most of Female staff are feeling Threatened and Harassed by these  illegal Goons running PIA and especially he has Harassed the Females and Dignity of Uniform has been Violated shamelessly , most of Women  thinks they are being  Harassing them so they  leave the Jobs in PIA .

The  PIA Aircrafts  are not having Enough Blankets and Pillows and other passenger Amenities , and Seats are all Broken down and he Gave 4 Billion for its Repair in Advance to a Vendor and he ran off with money and no Inquiry is held for that ? ,

what about the Reduction  of cost in Running the  PIA like, there is Flight Kitchen and with staff on all station of Pakistan Airports by PIA , but only it Serves food in Karachi only and not in other airports where contractors are brought in ?  why not save money and cut down those contractors ?  Same is case of Transport Department and Engineering is there but still work is contracted to Outsiders ? when pia has its own facilities why contract ?

Why not remove the Open Skies Policy , that only Benefit the Gulf Airlines who get Cheap Fuel without any Tax on them ,how can PIA compete with Those airlines with whom the Americans and British cannot even compete  because gulf countries has its oil wells and no taxes ?   ? most of Polices are of PMLn Government  that has ruined PIA

Introduction of Unions 

PIA , has many unions and these Belong to PML, PPP , MQM , Jamaat Islami and PTI and are Run by Agents of Politicians of Pakistan . The Political Agents of these Parties are selected from Among the Employees who are active Members of these Political Parties .

 Although All the employees when joining PIA give Declaration that they will not take Part in Any Political Activities and this Activity of being Political Unions in PIA can easily be challenged in the supreme court of Pakistan and a Ban can be Imposed on Political unions.

 Although Trade Union are  not Allowed by Pakistan , the Puzzling Aspect of Replacing Trade union with Political unions is Puzzling and very Strange Although the Trade union was banned by the Army Dictators Running Pakistan and it is still Banned even today .

Cause of Political Interference in PIA 

Most of Time the political union is doing Interference in PIA , Via their Direct Appointed Agents in Key Management Positions and most of this Positions are Picked up from Cabin Crew Political Associations from PML, PPP, and MQM.

They make Political  Leaders of these so called Political Parties as Manager in Positions of PIA , that are violations of PIA rules and those of Civil Aviation and it happens no Where in the world where the Political leaders of Political parties are Managers of Airlines and it is only in PIA that happens . This Lawlessness and Poor management is cause of Losses of Billions and should be Avoided at All costs.

One of key Posts that the Political Parties Vouch for is the , Base Manager Incharge Post in PIA , Under the GM Flight Service Department , this Post exists in Karachi , lahore , Islamabad and in Peshawar Airports .

The Positions are Filled by Untrained and Unqualified People who have No Management Degree and No training from PIA Training Center in Karachi , they are actually Crew Picked up from This Political parties are Actually Political Agents and not qualified People who have Zero Training and Management Skills .

Bribery of Political Agents in PIA Management Selling International Flights :

Their Jobs is to Sell the International Flights to Cabin Crew for 50 US dollars each , the cabin Crew who wants a Flights say for USA or UK has to Pay this Bribe to the Political Appointees Like Base Incharge and Assistant base Incharge at all the Main Airports of Pakistan in Management of PIA .

If the Crew who dont Pay bribes to these Managers they Harass the Poor Crew and make them Work them more then their Pre-requisite Duties and also dont allow them to Have rest which are Necessary for the health and Safety of Crew .

The Crew who Pay Bribes also , are allowed to Sit at Home and Receive the Salaries at home and they are not Marked Absent . According to Reliable Sources about 30-40% of PIA cabin Crew are sitting at home and receiving their Salaries at home .

The Political Agents of Political parties of PIA like the Base Incharge and his Assistants as well , these Designations dont exist and are actually Created by the Political Parties and are not approved Posts of PIA human Resources .

Financial bungling and Frauds 

The Main Purpose of these Political unions is cut the Salaries of Employees of PIA , in Crores of rupees , every month they Cut one Thousands Rupee form among more then 20,000 or so Employees of PIA , they then take this Money and use it for Political Purposes like Hiring van and Lorries for the Political Rallies of Political parties makes Banners and also Food expenses etc and these Funds are never used for the Welfare of the Employee never .

These Funds although Part of PIA Financial System are never Audited and never are shown in Annual Audit Reports of PIA .  This is actually a Back Door for Corruption of Magnitude of Million of Rupees and are cut from Each and every Employee although he has never asked his/ her Permission to Cut the Salary .

This Activity of Financial Fraud and Corruption is mainly the Reason the Political Parties vouch for the PIA and actually their Interest is only Money and not the Welfare of Employees .

Most of time the , Political unions are Doing a very Un-Islamic Activities, the Base Incharges of Most of Airports of Pakistan under the PIA , and controlling the Cabin Crew fall under the General Manager Flight Service are nothing more then Brothel runners and Pimps , they are responsible for Providing Female Cabin Crew to the Political Leaders. For Example the PML Political leaders have many Keeps from Cabin Crew and they Provide them with official Government cars and money to run their houses of those cabin Crew who are actually Political  workers of the Political parties  and also doing Jobs of PIA as part time, and are More  then prostitutes who sell themselves for money to Political leaders and they are also Receiving Salaries from PIA , while they never Perform the Duties for which they are Appointed , they are never Marked Absent from duties as they Political Leaders then Employees.

Most of these Political Leader and Pimps of PIA , are also involved in Supply of Prostitutes and they force the innocent girls who Join PIA to be Prostitutes themselves . One of PML Leader from Rawalpindi has one Cabin Crew from PIA .

Crazy Policies of PMLN Governement on Staff Tickets of PIA

Recently the PMLN Governemt led by Incompetant and Stupid Governmwnt of PMLN a Punjab Based Party run by Mafia of Sharif Family who also Happens to Own the Airblue Airlines by their Front Man the Minister Khaqan Abbasi, Implemented a Tax of 2500 Rupees on Air Travel .

I had personally Visited his house before he was in Minister of Aviation and PIA , all he had in Hazara in his house, was broken beds and old furniture and now he is considered as Tycon .

This has upset the employees of Airlines like PIA who are the lowest paid in industry , compare this with shaheen Air who pay , Rupees 130,000 to its cabin crew , PIA pays , 18,000 to its cabin crew . For the same  duty .

lower Staff of PIA gets Less then , 10,000 rupees as salary and daily wagers gets 6,000 Rupees at some Placea even lower then the Pakistan standard of Lowest wages .

These Low Wages , are the reason PIA is full of corruption and employees find it hard to run their  Kitchen .

On top of this , PIA us.being Run by Handpicked Directors who come and Go on whims and wishes of Politicians who win an election and are paid about , 5,000 Rupees salary each month and with Brand new car every 3 years .

All they do is miss mannage and make PIA Bankcrupt so the , same politicians who support them can buy they Airline .

Employees salary make up only 15% of Total Budget and expenditure of Airline even when they are only 15,000 in Number and are highly trained and Professional they are treated like Dirt in PIA .

Most of MD and Directors of PIA are nothing more then PUMPs and sexual Predators , who's only favorite Pass time is Harrasing Females and asking them to sleep with them .

PIA has 15 Directors and only 20 Airplanes , while Emirates has 300 Airplanes and only 3 Directors , it is about time , the numbers of Directors and GM should be reduced to cut down the expenditure of PIA to 10% of Employees .

Reaction to Rise in Air Travel Tax:

The Recent Rise of Tax by Government on Airtravel on employees has made PIA employees who,s average salary 20,000 very upset as 2,500 on each sector means that they will have gp pay say for 2 children and 2 parents a small family of average Pakistani , about 10,000 Rupess extra or about 20,000 in total for a travel which is either once or thrice a year . 

This is more then the salary of the individual and considering these Sublow Tickets are issued Boarding Pass when the , airplane has empty seats , it is Stupid and really Un- Thinkable that how they neglected employees of PIA , who are almost working for free for National airline as now even Police constables get 30,000 salary even when he is a Metriculate .

Aviation Employees are difficult to get as their skills are not available easily and since the Aviation industry is expanding in Asia in rapid Pace and thier demand is High.

Treating them like this is both Degrading and In Human .

Call for a Strike :

PIA has many Union apart from the one that is being Run by PMLN , Airleague  ,

The other unions  Airleague they are contempleting for a strike soon in Protest of this action of Tax that is beyond their means to pay by low salary Employees .

The power Grip on employees of PIA has faded already and this has been the Last Nail in the coffin .

Recently Airleague stoped , the Promotion of Cabin crew into Group 5 who were issued Promotion Letters .

Then elections were held so that , these Cabin crew could be counted as Labour class as upto Group 4 are Labour class mostly in politically dominated Airleague PMLN and Peoples Unity of PPP and Now MQM and PTI run Unions .

The Higher Mangment of PIA  met the , Union Leaders few days backs and they were informed of general Resentment of PIA employees.

However the AirLeague PMLN  run by Retired PIA employee , Mr Shamim , in violation.of Laws of PIA has taken a lot of Bribes according to sources insiders of unions and employees.

Loosening Grip of Airleague PMLN union :

The Airleague of Nawaz Sharif run Government has already Lost Grip over the employees and PIA enployees are Thinking of some form of Protest .

The Recent Wining of case in High court of previous union of PPP has demonstrated that , those cabin Crew who were promoted to Group 5 had voted for this union of Airleague , and they were stoped for Promotion just because Airleague did not have majority in PIA employees it banked upon the Cabin Crew who were aleady Promoted in Officer Grade voted for PMLN Airleague .

This makes the union Illegal and liable for Dismissal soon according to court order , even the subsequent action like this one will be liable against it soon as court orders are issued later .

In Pakistan people don't understand the law properly , and thinking a stay order is legal protection actually it is not .

This case is very interesting and will lead to drastic measures soon .

There is a chance that a VIP might get a Insult or stopage of his Flight and making of a scene soon on PIA flight and it can happen soon and can also lead to complete wheel jam strike of PIA .
