PIA PRACTICE OF HUMAN RESOURC VIOLATIONS TO FURTHER CORRUPTION

Pakistan International Airlines is a Pakistan Government Controlled Airline , that is Very Peculiar that it is Directly controlled by the Political Parties of Pakistan like , PML Pakistan Muslim League , JI Jamaat Islami , MQM , and PTI .

These political Parties such as PMLN are creating a lot of Interference in PIA , that is causing the Airline Billions of rupees  Worth of Losses and Yet the Political parties and their Leader are not doing anything to curb these losses .

They are using the Ad Hoc posts  as Means  of direct .intervention ,  political bribery and also Corruption , some of the Examples of these Post are as follows .

Since these posts are Adhoc and Temporary posts not mentioned in the Log and records of human Resources  as Actual Posts , therefore the record of their activity does not exist and also it is not possible to punish these people as no Records of their  Signatures and also Paper records  or Computer based records exists of their Activity in PIA human resource administration and Finance Department

In Order to make the corruption less the PIA should do away with these Adhoc and Temporary posts and also make it Mandatory that no Function is being Performed in PIA by these Adhoc posts at all..

Briefing Duties and Schedulers: 

Every Major Airport in Pakistan has Briefing Officers and they are present in Karachi , lahore and Islamabad and Peshawar Airports .

These posts are filled by not Trained for this job Cabin Crews who don't want to do flying duties for a month or so and this is violation of  Rules and regulations and also causing a lot of Problems as these In Trained Cabin Crew causes a lot of Mismanagement .

To Reward the Appointment Holders of political Parties this posts is being used unlawfully to make money and to do Absence from Duty or make money illegally .

These Adhoc post holder are pimps of political parties and they  charge Bribes and money for Placing the flying crew in Flights of International exceeding the allowed quota .

As each crew is allowed a certain quota and , to exceed the quota they pay 50 Dollars per flight that is equal to 6000 Rupees per flight This money goes to Adhoc  managers and then to  poltical parties as bribes . 

Most of Adhoc  briefing Managers and schedulers are rolling in money in Millions and they make the politicians happy by also supplying them with money .

Proper briefing officers would be about 3 in Number in each Airport but they are not allowed full access of the Briefing  Room officer and Instead the Political Appointees from Cabin cerew are allowed these Adhoc jobs Access receiving salaries at home Being Absence from actual  Duty . 

They do more than Quota International flights ensured by this Ad Hoc Posts is such an artful activity that some bribe paying crew of PIA get salary for doing nothing while sitting at home or just going international duty once or twice a month . 

As a result they never do domestic flight and there domestic duty is done by OTHER  flight crew who are honest . As a result the honest crew are over worked and doing double duty while being piad nothing extra . 

While the crooked and corrupted are paid for doing no work and also getting paid double . 

This is producing morale issue for the honest crew , they are feeling over worked and over burdened and also depressed . They feels that they are being taken advantage off and there is no use to do proper duty .

They break down frequently and also ability to perform duty is also diminished , while the corrupt crew thinks they are smart and it is there birth right not to do duty as they are paying money to politicians and their appointed Adhoc briefing  managers who come with the blessing of politicians and army Top generals and they feel that nobody can touch them . 

Grooming Inspectors: 

This Adhoc post is sometimes created by those Adhoc post holders who are themselves Adhoc and temporary appointees of politicians and top Army Generals . 

A cabin crew who is paying bribe or She is friendly with politicians is suddenly in order to not do her flying duty is suddenly appointed as grooming officer and this is done in a  funny way that no part 1 order or letter is issues from Human resources and other administration department .

Everything is done by word of.mouth and everything is taken care off , and no need of grooming course requirement which is mandatory for this post . 

You won't believe it that hundred of cabin crew yes hundreds of cabin crew are serving as grooming instructors in PIA and this is so funny . 

As for this post you need training and a course and also a letter or appointment and also HR No objection certificate and also a requirement of a post . All is well in PIA 

Assistant Base Incharge Duties: 

In PIA list of posts  there is no such things as Assistant Base incharge . There is only post of Base in charge and that can be done via a one person very efficiently .

For being a Briefing Incharge you need to be experienced with more than 10 years of cabin crew experience and also being in managerial grade of group 8 or 10 . 

 As for this post you need training and a courses and also a letter or appointment and also HR No objection certificate and also to complete requirements  of the post . 

All is well in PIA , who can create as many posts as possible and also give it any name and do as you wish as long as you are affiliated with political parties or corrupt Pakistan Army Generals 

Base Incharge Duties 

Base incharge is although not an Adhoc and Temporary post but it is filled with people who are not managers but plain cabin crews related to  Army Generals and political parties and are not supposed to be at this post with out any basis , training or knowledge . 

This post required one to be present on ground but PIA , is appointing Adhoc persons directly by the politicians . To collect the bribes or bhatta from the crew of PIA . 

These pimps sort of managers are responsible to by pass the normal system of management of PIA all the corruptions and bribery is managed by this man and he does not feel he is responsible to follow the rules and regulations of PIA . 

Most of the briefing managers are at same time doing flying duties , and desk duty , they are supposed to manage the office not do the flying and yet they are also flying at the same time .  This should be stopped at once . 

Political Councillors:   

Poltical councilors are also another means of corruption as thus posts does not exist in PIA record and there are union leader and their sub leaders . 

No where it is written that they should not be doing actual Duties and yet they are getting paid at home for doing nothing and no work . This should be stopped at once

The union funds are collected from cabin crew and are not Audited by the auditor and lot of corruption and bribery  exists in this . 

Measure to be Taken to Curb these Posts : 

The  Following measures should be taken : 

1.  Adhoc posts should be abolished at once 

2.  HR appointment letter should be made requirement for being appointed . 

3. Requirement of courses and editions and training should be made mandatory . 

4. Per hour based salary should be introduced and those who are missing should not be paid .

5. Computer system should be used for Hours and also salary and HR functions so that nothing can be done without Authorization. 

6. Salaries and allownces should only be transfers to bank accounts and not done directly with

PIA CABIN CREW FORCED TO USE ROAD TRANSPORT

PIA seems to Amaze People with its Mismanagement under the Current government of PM Nawaz Sharif a man with His Rags to Riches story being part of Punjabi Establishment, he an Immigrant from Amritsar India and settling in Lahore with nothing in Assets and now a Multi Billionaire after His 3 Stints as PM Pakistan.

This Man seems to forget he is accountable to People of Pakistan who has voted him in Power and his Treatment of Peshawar and Pashtuns is both insulting and degrading, after his Tales of Corruption and Mishandling of Airline in Deliberate Manner so that he can buy it as his Airline .

Management of Shujat Azeem a Retired Pakistan Air force Officer as PIA Head

It is shocking that, he is treating the PIA Female cabin Crew from Peshawar, who Operates flights, employees in Insulting and degrading Manner that his Higher Management hand picked and selected by Nawaz Sharif and Famous Shujat Azeem is one such Guy who is running PIA . 

Shujaat Azim is a dual national, as he holds Canadian nationality also besides he was court-martialed in the past from Pakistan Air force disgracefully.

Management of PIA is forcing the cabin crew of Peshawar base to travel in Daewoo Buses on road, on duty and in uniform then asking the Female cabin crew to Pay the Ticket of Public Transport from their own pockets while they are getting the Meager salary of 20,000 Rupees.

Most of female Cabin Crew was seen recently traveling in Daewoo Buss from Rawalpindi to Peshawar and this is has been Happening for last one Year the whole 2014.

Once Mr. Mohsin Shah asked Mr Beenish one of Cabin Crew from Peshawar  to travel at  1 Am at night in Public while being completely Alone and in Uniform .

Management of Mohsin Shah a Tableghi with Fraudulent twist:

The Nawaz Sharif Chosen Management had selected a Person Mr. Mohsin Shah as his Manager Peshawar Base just because he is a Deobandi Tableghi with connections with Raiwind and other wise he is an Incompetent person to run the Base as he is senior Pursor in Designation and not a Proper Manager.

Female Cabin Crew PIA and Nawaz Sharif 

Mr. Mohsin Shah is even with his foot long Beard and his Connection with Deobandi Raiwind connections , he is a dishonest man and he recently had done fraudulent signatures of Jump Seat of Captain Akbar Adil operating Airbus A320 , which when later confirmed with Captain Akbar Adil was found to be Fake.

Off course PIA did not take action Against Mr. Mohsin Shah, Base In charge or did an inquiry into it, although the Authority of Jump seat is only with Captain of the flight.  

This Guy is the one who is responsible for the Movement of Cabin Crew and he with his foot long Beard and Tableghi connection is a Stupid Man.

He is either Hand in Glove with Higher Management in this Insult of Ladies by Asking the Unformed Cabin crew to Travel by Public Transport or he is doing it himself because of his Stupidity.

Insulting the Female Employee of National Carrier shamefully:

This Travel by Road is Insulting and Dangerous and violation of IATA rules and Regulations and shocking when done with Lady cabin Crew of National Carrier that is Pride of Pakistan and is symbol of Pakistan ,

If Pakistani are Muslim or they have shame in themselves they should not do this to the cabin crew who serve the National Airline.

They are the female and they should be treated with respect and even women teacher in schools and other places are treated with respect and provided with Transport as in Pakistan the condition of Public Transport are in Shambles and forcing at Night time the cabin crew to travel with their Heavy Luggage is both Degrading and Insulting and it is very strange that the Higher Management of PIA think they can get away with it and we People of Pakistan not Noticing  it , that was same reason the one of Director food and Beverages , of PIA was insulted by the cabin crew of Peshawar and they took revenge from him.

how much they are expected from the Cabin Crew who are face of Airline , and while they are treated like Shit by the Management of This Man from India Amritsar and his hand Picked Pakistan Air force officer who is Turning out to be Disgrace and derogatory,

Treating the Culprits in same Coin:

Maybe next time the Cabin Crew should take revenge from Mr. Shujat Azeem family or the daughter of Mr. Nawaz Sharif by treating them with same coin and Insulting them in the same way as they are insulting the cabin Crew of PIA and our national Pride with Shit Policies that is Laughing stock of the world .

Recently when one Director of PIA, as they are more then 15, even there is even director of Toilets in PIA laughingly and they are the ones who takes such High Salary and their Management is worse then shit.

When this Director of PIA was traveling the PIA female cabin crew from Peshawar Insulted him and ask him to change his seat deliberatively in order to teach him a Lesson.

This is warning to Higher Management of PIA, and the Ruling Politicians More such is going to come and better watch out, it is High time our hands should be on their necks soon, as these People will never learn.
