PIA HIGHER MANAGMENT INVOLVED IN PROSTITUION

 A Aircrew Mrs Shahzia Syed belonging to Karachi base , went to Police , complaining that the General Manager Flight crew Mr. Rashid H Khan  belonging to Lahore and Living in Malir cant Karachi , was Sending him Obscene SMS /Text Messages to her and asking her to go to bedroom of Higher officers of PIA and His friends , in Other words General Manager Flight services of PIA  was Acting as a PIMP.

As the Said lady was Honest and Lady with Character , so she went to Police and Federal Ombudsman and Shariate court of Pakistan , and also used her Rights via , the recently Promulgated women Protection Law Passed by the Pakistan Parliament under the PPP Government.

Mrs Shazia Syed was Joined accompanied by Half a Dozen other Air Line cabin crew Ladies who also claimed they had received the Obscene Text Messages and they showed it as a Proof to MD PIA coming from the phone of their Appointed GM Flight Mr.  Rashid H Khan as well.

Proof was shown to the Police and Higher Authorities of PIA who had come to point of begging a Pardon from the Cabin Crew for fear of Reprisal and bad name of PIA .

Most of GM PIA are Retired but on Extensions Violating PIA Policies 


This made a big problem for PIA management and they had to Bribe the Media to stay Silent and not Say Anything and Miss Shazia Syed and all the Ladies.

All this were tried to be settled by Pressuring the Girls with consequences to Appear before MD PIA and All the Directors along with GM Mr. Rashid H Khan .

His Service was cut Short by this Incident . 


Mr. Rashid H Khan Bended on his Knees and Begged for Forgiveness from the Ladies that he is Sorry and Admitted his fault in sending the Obscene Text Messages and PIMP activities to Pious and Ladies with Character who were being forced with threats of Being Kicked out the Job if they had not done what the PIA GM and Directors wanted.

This cause the Kind ladies to Pardon him although the matter was in front of MD PIA and he did not act Violating the Laws of PIA and Pakistan laws as Complaint had already been Filed.

Mr. Rashid H Khan was Already Retired 1 Years ago , and was on Extension and he was recently Promoted as GM without any Merit , and his PIMP like Activities to Directors of PIA although , he had retired already and he got his extension after Retirement !!!!.

Mr. Rashid H Khan got all his dues and facilities without any Inquiry being done into this Matter giving a Proof that PIA Directors and Higher Authorities and Management are acting a PIMPS and not Managers of PIA and were Involved in this Scam.

They explanation that such GM and Directors are on Extension and Getting Promotion even after they should be retired is because of such obscene and PIMP like activities .

While the sell the shifts of Flights to Traffic Staff for 4 Lakhs so that they can take Bribes from Passengers to get Personal baggage over the due limit allowed .

Most of Directors sell the flights of PIA on Lucrative sectors to Private Airlines like Shaheen Airline , Air Blue and Air Indus , while Operating Flights on Loss Making sectors they Operate PIA Flights so that Airline is Bankrupted and its share is dropped and it can be sold to Current Political leaders for low price.

These Same Directors and GM have cut down Connecting flights to Peshawar from where PIA used to Get all the International Passengers to Gulf States who were mostly from FATA and Pakhtunkhwa , and they are making them come to Islamabad to take flight of PIA , while to same Passenger the private Airlines and International Airlines offers Direct Flights from Peshawar ????? And on, Low Price.

Mr. Rashid who was Previously a Flight Steward and in PIA and was now Promoted to GM Flight Service and was on Extension , remarkably when PIA is in Loss the Directors who are 15 in  number although PIA only has less then 30 Aircraft . While in Emirates Airline there are only 3 Directors, for more 500 Aircraft !!!!!.

Apart from Directors there are twice the amount of GM more then 30  or more the exact count is not known and GM,s who are mostly on Extension violating the Policies of PIA which is Making Losses.

The Salaries of Most of Directors are more then 30- 50 Lakh while the GM take Salaries in Lakhs . if the Car and its Petrol are added to it salary Packages , every Director and GM is allowed a car and it is Gifted after every 3 Years to the Director and a New one is Purchased for them .

All this Luxury and Mind Boggling High Salaries,  while the Airline is in Loss and their Mismanagement and corruption as in News all the time.

The Number of 15 + Directors which is so much that there is a saying that, there is a “GM and Director of Toilets as well in PIA”.

According to PIA Balance sheet the Salaries of Employees is , 15% of PIA total Running Cost , and the Salaries of Directors and GM is about 7% of total cost  running cost of PIA , if PIA wants to Save some money it should seriously consider cutting down the directors to about 3 to 5 . this way it can save half the cost of employees without firing any Employees at all !!!!.

15+ Directors and 30 GM of PIA are half as expensive as current  15,000 Employees if the Perks and facilities are added and cost of their Offices and cost of Papers and Staff hired to work under them .

  While the Poor Cabin Salaries of Air crew are not Paid sometime for 6 Months in a Row, the Directors and GM,s are enjoying the Loot Sale . If PIA is in Loss why these Directors get so high Pay and none of there Salaries and Perks are ever cut off . 

This Cruelty of PIA is done so that they can make the Poor Girls of cabin crew Harassed and make them do their bidding like PIMP duties as requested by their own GM Flight Services and this is crime that is Punishable with lashes In Islam,  but in PIA it is Nature of Duties .  
For Last 6 month PIA is not Paying , any Food Money that is in US dollars for Cabin Crew who have to Eat food as Rooms are Provided In Hotels, from outside in foreign countries , because of PIMP Like Directors who are More Interested in Running  Brothels they Running PIA as Managers , they have not been Paid this Money.

Cabin crew is forced to Borrow money from Near and Dear ones to Eat food in Foreign countries or they take food from Homes already cooked for which they have to take heavy bags filled with cooked food which is banned as Per law but PIA PIMPs are forcing them to do this as they are not Paying them US dollars and Salaries for Last 6 months .

It may be noted, there are still Directors in PIA who are on Extension even after being retired and this High Number of 15 should be immediately reduced to 3 which is enough.

The Number of GM,s should also be reduced and those who have reached the retirement age should be sent home as well as the Daily wagers should be reduced.

The PIA is spending Billions on Papers while there is email system and most of employee don’t know the email system operation and are not computer literate one can save money by reducing need of Forms and other rubbish items like Vouchers paper based to claim salaries etc .

If there is a Pay role why not include All the Allowances in PAY role made on computer , and do away with useless Paper based Work that has been Abandoned 30 Year ago by the Airlines.

PIA Detours Passenger Loads of Pashtuns by Hook or Crook to Islamabad.




Detours: Diverted flights become bane for residents of K-P, FATA

While Passenger Load of Pashtun Labour from FATA and Pakhtunkhwa is Highest in magnitude as Demonstrated by everyday Flights of Saudia , Qatar , Emirates , Ethihad , Air Arabia , and Shaheen Airlines daily one or two Flight Direct from Peshawar to gulf States and Also to Other Parts of Pakistan , PIA has only one Flight to Karachi and one to Lahore in whole week of 7 days , it is deliberatively Detouring the Load of Peshawar Airport which has more Passengers to Islamabad ( A small city of 1 Million People as compared to 100-200 Million People dependent on Peshawar Airport of FATA, Pakhtunhwa and Afghanistan as well . 

Why PIA is trying to Bankrupt itself But denying a large Population of Pashtuns and trying to deliberatively Deceive people ????? While in just year Shaheen Airline has about 40 Aircraft PIA has Shrunk to 20 in Same Year , Because of Such Policies .

The miseries of residents of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Fata coming from overseas have further multiplied with the disruption of routine operations of international airlines at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto International Airport due to rallies and demonstrations in Islamabad.

Officials of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and other airlines confirmed that several flights coming to Islamabad from the Gulf region have been diverted to Allama Iqbal International Airport during the last three days. Officials and workers at Peshawar airport also confirmed the cancellation of flights from various foreign countries to Islamabad.

Since June 24, when unidentified militants opened fire at a PIA plane landing in Peshawar, a number of international airlines had either suspended or minimised operations at Bacha Khan International Airport. Due to this, people from K-P and Fata who work in the Gulf region were being directed to Islamabad for their flights.

Passengers from the Potohar region and the rest of Punjab and Kashmir have also been affected due to the suspension of air operations. A number of Pakistanis said on social media websites that they have been stranded at international airports for hours due to the cancellation of flights to Islamabad and Lahore airports.

PESHAWAR:

A senior airport official on Saturday shot down media reports of an airliner coming under fire moments before its landing on the Bacha Khan International Airport (BKIA) on Saturday night.

Tahir Sikander, airport manager BKIA, told The Express Tribune that it was not an attack but celebratory firing in Masho Khel and Suliman Khel area on the outskirts of the city, which was mistaken as an attack by local police.

“All our aircraft are safe. It is Saturday night and it is a local tradition to celebrate by means of aerial firing,” he said, adding that such reports in media were spreading rumours.

SSP Operations Najeebur Rehman Bagvi also said that they had contacted the airport authorities and there was no such attack nor any casualty.

Earlier, news broke that a PIA airliner coming from Saudi Arabia had come under attack soon before its landing — no casualty was reported.

Local Badhaber police had reported that the aircraft was attacked from three locations simultaneously which was strongly denied by police high ups and Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

Meanwhile, ASI Hayatabad Shaukat Kamal was reported dead, while two other people were injured, when unknown miscreants opened fire at the worshippers offering prayers inside a mosque in Bar Kanady, Pir Bala.

Police said that it could be a case of terrorism and the injured had been identified as Saleem and Azizur Rehman.

PESHAWAR: A Russian cargo plane was attacked in the outskirt of Peshawar before it landed at the Bacha Khan International Airport late on Sunday.

According to details, around 9pm on Sunday the aircraft was attacked with an AK-47 rifle in the Sheikh Muhammadi area of Peshawar. The plane was hit by a single bullet in tail.

CCPO Ijaz Khan confirmed the report and said that there was no report of loss in the attack and the aircraft managed to land safely. He added that it was cargo plane rather than a passenger one.

Earlier on June 26, 2014, gunmen fired on Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight PK-756, carrying 178 passengers and crew members, as it was landing at the Bacha Khan International Airport Tuesday night, killing a woman and injuring two others, including a crew member.

Air Blue violating Civil Aviation and IATA Laws by Taking PA as their Airline Code.

Air blue belonging to PML Khaqan Abassi of PMLN of party of Current Prime Minister of Pakistan is Using PA – code of IATA as Identifying its Flights Operating in Pakistan as well as Abroad.

While the same IATA code PA –  Belongs to an Airline Operating in Florida called Florida Coastal Airlines which Operates flight from Florida to Bahamas and also to Guantanamo Bay  where all Al-Qaida Prisoners are Situated in Cuba . 



It also uses the same Code PA which is Abnormal as usually the IATA code cannot be duplicated and is unique to any Airline in the world regulated all around the world as seen here http://www.worldairroutes.com/FCA.html

It seems to be a Mistake of Civil Aviation to Allow the usage of that code by Air blue  in Pakistan and is Illegal and should be Investigated . 






Furthermore the same Code PA of IATA used to belong to PANAM the world famous American Airlines but since it stopped its Operations may be this code was allotted to Florida coastal Airlines of USA. 





Now it is duty of Civil Aviation to stop this Fraud or Mistake I am not sure what it is and it needs to be Investigated as Air blue was  not using PA with its flights till few months back and was using ABQ code and this is the Aircraft Identifier ICAO code so this is was what was displayed on boards but now the uses PA to confuse the Passengers and to gain Undue Advantage as PA and PK of PIA looks similar and confuses the Poor Loyal customers of Pakistan to Swindle and make them travel by Air blue rather then PIA by Cunning travel Agents and off course the PMLN and Prime Minister Red Hand cannot be Ruled out.

This story is about Mr Syed Waqar Shah . He used to Live in a two room house in Slums near the Airport in Swati Phattak Area , and had a Honda 70 CC Motorcycle and now he owns a Premio car worth 3, Million and a 5 Crore 2000 yards home in Hayatabad Peshawar and has Job of Special Secretary to Pakhtunkwa Government of Pakhtunkwa in Grade -19 , with salary in Millions.

How he managed that while he is Junior Cabin Crew in group 5 ( Non Officer group) . Just Because he is Son of Sister of Mr. Asad Qasier of PTI of Imran Khan who is the Speaker of Pakhtunkwa Assembly and also Member of PTI as he Promised to raise Cabin Crew Union belonging to PTI in PIA.


 What Is revealed as Fact would shock you core and ask yourself does Imran Khan work for Devil or Devils Advocate that they are bending the Rules and Appointing a Person with Zero Management Experience and also a Drug Baron and with links to Drug Mafia? As Special Secretary of Pakhtunkwa Assembly on 18 December 2013.

FAKE MBA DEGREE WITHOUT ANY CLASS ROOM ATTENDANCE.


Mr. Waqar Shah who is Son of Sister of Asad Qasier of PTI and worked as Cabin Crew in PIA before December 18 2013 , and has no Management Experience and He has Acquired an MBA degree while on Job in PIA as Cabin Crew and Delivering refreshments in the Air .

 It may be noted that MBA is a Full time degree and requires 2 years of class Room Study and he has no 2 years class Room Attendance to Prove that he did the Degree of MBA while being on Duty and Serving refreshments in PIA .

His Degree is Illegal and he has not done Any MBA study Period and has obtained this Degree from a University through a Bribe and is a Fake Degree.

FAKE EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT



Secondly while in PIA he was Appointed as Ad-hoc Briefing Manager for which he had no expertise and Neither the Grade or Group 7 Job as he was Serving in PIA in Group 5 , and has only 4-5 Years experience only just as steward of PIA serving Tea and Refreshments .
He had also Applied for Mover Over to Group 6 on basis of an MBA , which was denied as PIA has reversed this Policy for People who are not in Management and Administration of PIA as he was Crew not management .

Against which he went to Peshawar High court but was Court Moved Against him and giving a Decision that move over is not Legal and not according to PIA Policy, he applied for Appeal which was turned down as well.

BENDING RULES OF PIA VIA BRIBES AND POLITICAL INTERFERENCE:


Mr Syed Waqar Shah was Appointed as Ad-hoc Briefing Manager the real Briefing Manager Mrs. Jannat Jamshed wife of Khyber TV Director Mr. Jamshed Khan, who is Senior to him and is in Grade 7 with more the 15-18 Years of Experience is still manager in PIA Human resource Records, as Proper Briefing Manager was posted to Catering Department on Temporary Basis to Accommodate Mr. Waqar Shah who was her Assistant as Flying Crew as Ad-hoc Briefing manager .
This was done by bending the Rules and According to Rules Waqar Shah Cabin Experience cannot be counted as Management as he was cabin Crew in Designation and not Designated as Manager as Briefing Manager job is related to Management and require Scheduling Experience of at least 10 Years which he did not have at all.

He was a Cabin crew / Air Hostess and nothing more then that , his Duties Schedule is still Active in PIA even Today ,his pay slip is still that of cabin crew , as being a Cabin crew he cant be in Management as it is a Different Department and he never relinquished his duties in cabin Crew Department till he joined as Secretary of Pakhuntunkhwa Assembly on 18th December 2013.

Neither he was a manager neither he was having 10, Year experience, the PIA bended it rules because the District Manager Mr. Sahibzada Tariq Mehmood was from his Swabi Village and a Fellow Qadiani and he was Appointed on this Post and he also took bribe of Rs 500,000 from Mr Syed Waqar Shah and Mr. Syed Waqar Shah used to Send 2000, us Dollars as Bhatta as well to High Ups in head Quarters Karachi of PIA to maintain this Post to Allot flights to his Favorites by charging US 50 Dollars for each flight.  

This Shocking revelation is true and can be confirmed from Any body working in PIA , other wise why a Junior with 4 Years experience can be accommodated in a Post for which at Least  GP-7 is and Management Experience is required according to PIA own Laws and experience of at least 10 Year and it requires an inquiry into these Matter by Competent Authorities .  


DRUGS IN OFFICE OF MR SYED WAQAR SHAH AT BACHA KHAN AIRPORT:


While serving as Ad-hoc and junior Base Manager Flight service at Bacha Khan International Airport Mr. Syed Waqar Shah was found to be in Possession of Heroin in His office of which was recovered by the Anti Narcotics in his Office, and was duly verified to be Heroin of 990 Gram or 1 Kilo at 1100 hrs on 12th of July 2012.

This is demonstrated by the copy of FIR below which is obtained from Anti-Narcotics and it clearly shows it.



When this happened the Keys to his office was in his Possession and he was In charge of his office, how come somebody can put this heroin of about 1 KG in his office without his Knowledge and without Possession of the Keys to his office , it may be Noted that PIA never did any Inquiry into this Matter in Violation of its Rules and regulations of PIA and Civil Aviation both .  

Which Points to fact that Mr. Syed Waqar Shah did have means to bribe the Civil Aviation to which the Bacha Khan Airport Belongs and also PIA where he was Serving and Also the Local PIA Top Boss who is Mr. Sahibzada Tariq Mehmood as District Manager Peshawar in PIA.

It is clear fact that demonstrate his links with drug Mafia and access to money also with PTI  who could Manipulate the PIA + the Anti Narcotics and Civil Aviation ( Run by Army and Air force Officers by Bribing and corruption )

FIR was Lodged in Anti-Narcotics Department run by Army Offices in uniform  is also has a Questionable role was why when Heroin was found in such Sensitive Places as the Bacha Khan Airport in office of Incompetent and Politically connected Person to PTI Asad Qasier Relative  Syed Waqar Shah was not changed to a case and why no further Enquiry and further Investigation was carried out ?.

Why Anti Narcotics did not complete its Investigation and why it did not catch a culprit points to political Interference and corruption, Under PTI

ILLEGAL CREATION OF JOB AS SPECIAL SECRETARY PAKHTUNKHWA :


In order to save Mr. Syed Waqar Shah Relative of Assad Qasier of PTI ( Who was Previously Jamaat Islami as leader ) a Scheme was Launched to transfer him out of PIA on Deputation via a Job In Grade -19 of Special Secretary to Asad Qasier, was not Present but was Specially created for him bending Rules , he still never relinquished his Job as Cabin crew as Junior Gp-5 Person Cabin Crew having only 4-5 Years of Service in PIA, has zero Experience in  Management Post of Briefing Manager Flight Service is now a Special Secretary .



Why such Post Is created by Imran Khan party who claims to be honest while the Facts are contrary to reality .

ROLE OF RELIGIOUS PARTIES AND PTI IN CORRUPTION :


It is concerning how ,a Job was created for an Incompetent man with heroin Popping up in his office in at 1100 hrs on 12 July 2012.

This Job was Created by Acknowledgement of Jamaat Islami head of Jamaat Islami Mr. Siraj Ul haq as Finance Minister of Pakhtunkwa and special budgets was Allocated for it from poor Pakistan tax payers money at that time.



Role of Asad Qasier in corruption is more the Evident .

ROLE OF CIVIL SERVANTS IN CORRUPTION :


Also the Aviation Secretary under which both PIA and Civil Aviation and ASF works, he  is Involved who did not do Investigations of Drugs at Bacha Khan International Airport in Mr. Syed Waqar Shah Office.

Also the Director Civil Aviation who Allowed this Transfer of this Drug Baron and also un Experience and not Qualified Person while not doing any Investigation of drugs in his office .
Thirdly the Anti Narcotics did not do its Job after Launching an FIR and Nabbing the Culprit of this National Shame.

How a PIA corporation Steward was deemed fit to be Transferred from federal Government to Provincial Government of Pakhtunkwa of Unqualified and Inexperience Person and with Moral turpitude of Heroin and Drugs in His office worthy of being a Special Secretary ?

 Those who allowed this and without going into the Personal file and looking into this matter is also Criminals and are liable to Answer to people of Pakistan .

It may be noted that after getting the employment contract the Saudia Airline fails to Provide them with medical Treatment to Female Air Hostess and cabin crew according to Laws of International Civil Aviation Authority and also Pakistan Civil Aviation Laws according to human Rights, Saudia Airline is  violating a dozen laws of both Human Resources of any Reputable Multinational company and also Human rights of Muslim citizens of Pakistan .

The Cabin crew if Injured grievously ( Hurt Bad )  is  not Provided any Insurance or any Hospital charges or any long term benefits ( even when they are Insured and Paid by Saudi Arabian Airlines according to law of International Civil Aviation for both Disability and Loss of life according International Civil Aviation laws and Human resources laws of Saudia Arabia  ) , the Practice followed by Saudi Airline is Tantamount to such Severe Violation that Pakistan should seek to Ban the International License of Saudia Airlines and Lodge complaint to International Civil Aviation Authority for banning the Flights to Pakistan and completely stop its Operation in Pakistan .

It may Noted that in Advertisement and Entitlement is also included the parents medical as well and Rich country like Saudia Arabia is acting like Miserly Jews and not giving the Medical to parents of  Pakistani Female Attendant and this is serious Fraud that is being committed by Saudia Arabia

Most of Pakistani Air hostess /Cabin crew of Pakistan Descent and Nationality told me while in traveling for Umrah in Saudia Airline , that when they are severely Injured or Suffer from some serious disease which warrants expensive treatment they are forcibly send back to Pakistan and terminating their contracts .

Only they have a treatment from Saudi Doctor while having small Ailments and when they have for example a broken hand or Fracture they are sent Back to Pakistan as they don’t want to spend money on them and leave them to Mercy of their own family.

No Insurance and Disability Allowance is paid to them, it is like MODERN DAY SLAVERY OF PAKISTANI WOMEN .

Furthermore while in Saudia their hostel Guards and Saudi Police “ Shurta “ as they are called them harass the Visitors and near and dear ones of the Pakistani Girls .

Once an Old uncle of a Girl serving as Cabin Crew in Saudia Arabian Airline came to Meet her in her Hostel of Saudia Airline and the Saudi Police asked the uncle “ How Much you have paid to take out the Girl for Sex ???”””.

Most of Saudi Police , the Princes and Royal Family and their Sexual perversion is world famous and they think the Pakistani Women are here for Sex and not Jobs and don’t ever consider them as Professional Women who are there for Airline Safety and Safety of Passengers ( Cabin crew have extensive Knowledge of Aircraft and have undergone 100,s of courses of Health and safety and Emergency and are very educated and Saudis cant find such Human resources from among their Saudia women who are kept like sheep and cattle in Saudia )

They treat the Pakistani women not more then a prostitute and keep their own women under lock and key in their homes and don’t even let them drive a car as they think their Ovaries will explode and they become Infertile and the Official Mullah of Wahabi Sect has recently made these Statements as well.


I Appeal to Ghairat of Pakistani Civil Aviation Bosses ( Mostly coming from Army and Air force background our last hope ) to Look into this and the Army and Political leader ( Wahabi Oriented Nawaz Sharif although he is no different from Saudia Perverts and his favorite according to Reliable Sources ) , to save the last shred of their Dignity , as these Women are your mother and sisters and Wives and please wake up from cleaning the Dirty Lines of these SAUDI Perverts and Degraded and Illiterate and Stupid Saudi People .

Ukraine Air force Jets Tailed Malaysian Airlines Flight MH-17 and they Shot it .

The Boeing-777 of the Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur “disappeared from the radars and crashed on Thursday evening near Grabovo in Ukraine’s Donetsk oblast
We bring to the attention of GR readers, the following timeline Tweets by the Spanish Air controller at Kiev Borisopol Airport.
This report has yet to be fully corroborated and should be read with caution. We have highlighted relevant sections. 
There was an unexplained change of course of the Malaysian MH17 flight which took the aircraft directly over the Eastern Ukraine warzone.
The Spanish air controller confirms a conflict between the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of the Interior intimating that the order concerning the  downing of the aircraft came from the Ministry of the Interior, which is dominated by Svoboda and Right Sector. 
He also said that the MH17 flight was escorted by Ukrainian fighter jets minutes before it was downed. It is worth noting that the presence of the Ukraine fighter jets reported by the Spanish air traffic controller was confirmed by eyewitness reports in the Donetsk region:
